Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your order right up to the point of shipping. No questions asked.

If the order has been shipped, you have 7 days in which to cancel your order and return the goods, in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for meeting return shipping costs except in the case of damaged, faulty or wrongly supplied goods.

Refunds will be credited to the customer's account for which the goods were paid within 30 days.

Taxes

Conquest Games Limited is not VAT registered in the UK, so local UK tax is not levied on our goods. The customer is responsible for any other taxes or charges accrued whilst shipping through Customs of their home region.

Contract Status

Contracts between the customer and Conquest Games Limited will be governed by English law and disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
